3 x levels of Types

Type: top and broadest level of categorising the Type of item, i.e .Book, Scroll, Artwork, etc.

Sub Type: 2nd and narrower level of categorising the Type of item, i.e .Manuscript, Calligraphy, etc.

Sub Sub Type: 3rd and narrowest level of categorising the Type of item, i.e .Natural History, etc.

Note: if more than one term is required at any level it is advised the terms are separated by a semi colon (;), i.e. Artwork; Book. Also suggested the terms are alphabetised.

All the Types are listed on the Home screen. If you select one you will be presented with the search results in a table format. If you click on a Sub Type or Sub Sub Type, your results will be further filtered depending on what you selected. For example:

• Select Book from the list to get a table of all the books.
  
• Scroll down and then select Manuscript and you will filter the results to all Manuscripts.
